Adham is a senior (class of 2024) at Tufts University majoring in biochemistry and minoring in cellular agriculture. He is a member of the Tufts Center for Cellular Agriculture (TUCCA) and has been conducting research in Dr. David Kaplan's lab since 2021. His work primarily focuses on insect antimicrobial peptide production for cultured meat applications. At Tufts, he is also co-Founder of the Tufts Alt Protein Project, a global student-group supported by the Good Food Institute looking to turn universities into catalysts for alt protein innovation.
